The TLD series low-voltage DC servo drive is a core product of Tongming Intelligent's low-voltage DC servo drives. It consists of the TLD series driver and the TMSV series motor combination.
The current, voltage and power ranges are wide, compatible with multiple types of feedback, supports various mainstream control methods, and can fully cover various types of low-voltage servo application scenarios.
The continuous current range of the TLD drive is 15 to 250A; the power of the TMSV series motors ranges from 50W to 20kW.
The voltage range of the TLD drive is 20 to 140 VDC, and the matching range of the motor and power supply system is even wider.
The TLD drive is customizable, featuring capabilities such as IP65 high protection level, salt spray environment resistance, and low temperature tolerance.
The TMSV motor offers voltage options of 24/48/72/96VDC, and can be customized to 60/110VDC.
The TMSV motor supports incremental magnetic encoding/ optical encoding, multi-matsuyama protocol absolute value, mechanical multi-turn absolute value (BISS/SSI), and rotary transformers, etc.
The TMSV motor is customizable, including features such as IP67 protection level, temperature range, salt spray environment tolerance, special voltage level stator windings, mechanical dimensions, and external safety encoder, etc.
