The TLS series low-voltage DC servo drive is a compact product of Tongming Intelligent's low-voltage DC servo drives. It consists of the TLS series driver and the TMSV series motor combination, and is particularly suitable for mobile robot applications where there are certain requirements for the volume and space of the driver.
The TLS drives are compact in size. The size of TLS1548 is 85*61*36mm, and the size of TLS3048 is 99*82*37mm.
The TLS drives include two models: TLS1548 and TLS3048. The continuous current for both is 15/30A.
The TLS drive can be compatible with the TMSV series motors with maximum power of up to 1.5/1/0.6 KW at 72/48/24 VDC.
The voltage range of the TLS drive is 20 to 90 VDC, and the standard power supply voltage is 24/48/72 VDC.
The suitable TMSV motor voltage is typically available in 24/48/72VDC options.
The compatible TMSV motor offers various feedback types such as incremental magnetic encoding/ optical variation, Mochikawa protocol absolute value, mechanical multi-turn absolute value (BISS/SSI), etc.
