The TMEX series explosion-proof servo motors are explosion-proof servo motors specially developed by Tongming Intelligent for the explosion-proof field. They are classified into two types based on voltage: low-voltage DC or high-voltage AC. The low-voltage DC explosion-proof motors can be compatible with the TLD/TLS/TLM series low-voltage DC servo drivers, while the high-voltage AC explosion-proof motors can be compatible with the THD series high-voltage AC servo drivers, and they can also be compatible with third-party AC servo drivers.
The TMEX motor is designed with an explosion-proof feature, which can be used in environments with explosive gases or dust, and it has a "high" protection level.
The TMEX motor flange sizes are 65/90/130/180mm, and the power range is 100W to 10kW.
The explosion-proof rating of the TMEX motor is Ex db ⅡC T5 Gb & Ex tb ⅢC T95℃ Db (65/90 flange).
The explosion-proof rating of the TMEX motor is Ex db ⅡC T4 Gb & Ex tb ⅢC T130℃ Db (130/180 flange).
The motor winding voltage is typically available in 24/48/72/96VDC and 220/380VAC.
Support incremental magnetic encoders, multi-turn absolute encoders (in Tamagawa/BISS/SSI protocols), rotary transformers, etc.
